I absolutely adore this business. To begin with the amenities they offer, they are amazing. Anything & everything you could need to detail your car. The membership goes at an amazing rate & also includes air fresheners. Also this specific location I went just yesterday & accidentally threw away an important document, I went back about 2 hours later & talked to a staff member asking if I could look to retrieve it, fully ready to ask for a pair of gloves & look for myself. This gentleman, which I wish I got his name but he was in attire that seemed like he may have been some type of management, but he was SO kind. He didn't even hesitate to help me once I explained my situation, & seemed genuinely concerned & happy to help me. He walked with me to the disposal I was using & used gloves himself to help me retrieve the document I accidentally threw away. He did the entire thing with a smile on his face & after I told him to have a good day, he told me to have a better one. Amazing experience & I would recommend this place to anyone, the staff truly cares about guests & their experience.

Our first and last experience with you. We saw the back of the car after car wash only when we drove away and stopped. Low quality. Look at the back. Insane. And no the car was not too dirty. The back of the car is after the wash.

People have a positive attitude, and as customers, we appreciate that as well. Good service the usual but if you can change or renew the vacuums. Thanks!

I have a membership for my car and pay for a book for my wifeβs. She barely uses it and I go at least weekly. I wish there was a form of a family discount or multi-car discount and I would definitely jump on that. Love this play and that there are multiple locations. Parma is my default as I drive past daily.
